The Slow Stretch class is a floor based stretching class designed to release tension and tightness in the body. The class progresses at a slow pace allowing time for the body to unwind and relax into each stretch.
Stretching has many beneficial properties including alleviating symptoms of pain and restoring better movement. With the Slow Stretch class you can now increase your flexibility under the supervision of a qualified instructor and learn safe stretches that can also be undertaken at home.
As this class focuses on stretching as a general exercise it is important that you are safe to exercise. If you are currently experiencing an injury please call and speak to one of our physiotherapists and we would be more than happy to talk through your options.

Classes run for 55 minutes
Maximum of 6 participants per class
Casual Class $20
Package of 10 $180 (3 month expiry)
Package of 20 $340 (3 month expiry)
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 6pm and 7pm
