Physiotherapist + Clinical Pilates Instructor 

Alex is a Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates instructor. She has been working in private practice for over 10 years and over this time has expanded her physiotherapy knowledge to include clinical pilates, dry needling and hydrotherapy. Her love of learning has lead Alex back to university a few times to expand her knowledge all in an effort to give more to each and every one of her clients - did you know she is also a Pharmacist?

Stretch Instructor + Physio-to-be

Rosie is currently studying to be a Physiotherapist at UQ, with aspirations for rehabilitation or general private practice physiotherapy. Her background in science and love of sports, movement and helping people sparked her interest in Physiotherapy. When she is not studying or working, you’ll find Rosie playing tennis, spending time at the coast on the beach or lounging by the pool in the sun.

Jehane

Pilates Instructor 

Jehane is a fully certified STOTT PILATES Instructor with a background in Dance, BA (Hons) Dance WAAPA. She completed her Pilates education in Sweden at Stockholm Pilates Center and has been teaching since 2011.Her interest in Pilates developed from a need to complement her dance training. She found it so effective that she decided to pursue it professionally. With a keen eye for movement and a love of the work, Jehane is invested in the needs of her clients and thoroughly enjoys helping them find a more functional way of moving.
