Alex is a Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates instructor. She has been working in private practice for over 14 years and over this time has expanded her physiotherapy repertoire to include clinical pilates, dry needling and hydrotherapy. Her love of learning has lead Alex back to university a few times to expand her knowledge all in an effort to give more to each and every one of her clients - did you know she is also a Pharmacist?
Jehane is a fully certified STOTT PILATES Instructor with a background in Dance, BA (Hons) Dance WAAPA. She completed her Pilates education in Sweden at Stockholm Pilates Center and has been teaching since 2011. Her interest in Pilates developed from a personal need to find an exercise to complement her dance training. She found practising Pilates so effective that she decided to pursue it professionally. With a keen eye for movement and a love of the work, Jehane is invested in the needs of her clients and thoroughly enjoys helping them find a more functional way of moving.
Sarah is a third year Physiotherapy student at UQ with a strong interest in health. Sarah decided to pursue her career in physio from her love of anatomy and movement.
